Good Afternoon! It’s been another fun Tuesday here. First was my Technique Club with the ladies, then I enjoyed watching my friend Jamie craft Live on Facebook from California. Now I have a card for you using the lovely Butterfly Beauty Thinlits.
Butterfly Beauty
I love the Butterfly Beauty Thinlits. It’s one of those must have items … especially if you like Butterflies. This Die set is a wonderful set to have and as is great value as it contains 20 dies.
The two larger dies while designed to overlay each other can also be used on their own or layered and divided as I’ve done.
I cut the two larger dies from Shimmery White Cardstock and adhered them together. I used the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets when cutting out the top layer so it was easy to stick them together. The Sponge daubers came in handy when colouring the butterflies and allowed me to blend the colours easily.
To give my card depth I stamped the butterfly duo stamp from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set in Powder Pink as if they were fluttering up the card.
My sentiment comes from the Well Said Bundle and was perfect for this card. I wanted something short and sweet so my Butterflies remained the focus of the card.
